York Stag and Hen Weekends

The historic city of York has been invaded by the Romans, the Normans and the Vikings over the years, but after getting used to a peaceful existence the latest invaders are stags and hens. York appeals to the young and energetic, who are seeking a city that doesn’t look and act like all the others and as such the stag and hen parties are switching their attention from Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle and choosing to have their party night here.
York stag nights will invariably involve a pub crawl as this is a city that boasts an amazing range of old and new, but mostly old, drinking establishments, that will have will feeling like you’re drinking in centuries gone by, and not just because of the booze you’ve consumed.

You can also expects to see loads of hen parties in York at the weekend with groups of partying ladies checking out the fine restaurants and trendy wine bars covered in the funny and occasionally shocking hen night accessories. Later the two groups converge at York’s nightclubs, which make up in quality what they may lack in quantity and that after all is the most important thing for the partygoers.
